|Carrots||2 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Canned tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green bell pepper||To Taste, thinly sliced|
|Onions||3 Small, thinly sliced|
Steam the carrots until tender-crisp; drain.
Combine the tomato soup, sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and mustard in a large bowl and mix well.
Stir in the carrots, bell pepper and onions.
Chill, covered, for at least 24 hours.
