Salmon Salad

Quick and easy salmon salad! Great as a lunch or light dinner!
  Salmon 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped (Cooked fresh or Drained can)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried dill weed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon

1)In a large bowl add the pre-cooked and chopped salmon, celery, dijon mustard, mayonnaise and dried dill weed.
2)Mix this well until all the ingredients are combined well.

3)Serve with cherry tomatoes or to your liking and enjoy.

4)If you are using fresh salmon then be sure to cook the salmon before use and if it is a can then make sure it is drained.

oops Amy!! good thing that nail did not fall into the salad or we wud be going 'mm...what is that crunchy thing'?? lolz :D nice recipe.. Since I live in India, the only salmon I get here are all canned... can i use anything other than dill weed though.I don't think i can get it here? thanks!

Hi Tanya! How are you? I hope all is great! LOL over the fake nail falling off. Those things usually stick on for a week, but they were flying off left and right during that video shoot! "Drill weed and fake nails" really give this wecipe an extra kick, LOL. Canned salmon will work perfectly... I tend to use canned a lot. As for the dill weed, you could try substituting fresh dill if possible. Or even lemon or lime juice mixed with a little bit of garlic. That does great as well. Have a beautiful day and take care! Hey Tanya, you can get fresh salmon in India as well. They are known as Indian salmon. Try for it...
