Chef Belucci makes a very simple and delicious recipe of warm Spanish Potato salad. Potato skin is full of nutrients and can be applied on wounded skin for treatment.
3 Large, chop
1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
1 Cup (16 tbs), chop
1. Heat oil in a pan and add potatoes to brown them.
2. Add black pepper, paprika. Stir well.
3. Add spinach and shallots and mix it well.
4. Sauté it little and transfer it in a serving dish.
5. In a bowl, mix vinegar, paprika and sour cream.
6. Pour the dressing onto the warm salad.
7. You can also serve this salad cold.
