Citrus Seafood Salad

The citrus seafood salad can be prepared with any seafood of choice. one of my favorite seafood recipes, it is light yet filling and flavorful. Combined with citrus mayonnaise, celery seeds and served with orange slices, the citrus seafood salad is tasty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
  Shredded iceberg lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Citrus mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked crabmeat/Lobster/ flounder / whitefish 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground white pepper To Taste
  Navel orange 1 , sliced
Directions

Arrange lettuce on a serving platter or individual plates.
Mix Citrus Mayonnaise and celery seed; gently fold fish into mixture.
Mound fish mixture on lettuce; sprinkle very lightly with salt and pepper.
Arrange orange slices around fish mixture.
