|Citrus mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked crabmeat/Lobster/ flounder / whitefish||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch pieces|
|Freshly ground white pepper||To Taste|
|Navel orange||1 , sliced|
Arrange lettuce on a serving platter or individual plates.
Mix Citrus Mayonnaise and celery seed; gently fold fish into mixture.
Mound fish mixture on lettuce; sprinkle very lightly with salt and pepper.
Arrange orange slices around fish mixture.
