Red Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint, stems removed, cut in half
  Radishes 20 , sliced
  Red onion 1 Small, sliced
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Snipped mint 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Freshly ground white pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
Directions

Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves in a medium bowl; refrigerate covered 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve vegetables on lettuce.
