Store Cupboard Salad
|Long grain rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
|Canned whole kernel corn||3 Tablespoon|
|Unsalted peanuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Frankfurters||3 , cooked|
|Dessert apple||1 , cored and chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Vinaigrette dressing||3 Tablespoon|
Place the rice in a bowl and add the corn and peanuts.
Slice the frankfurters and add to the bowl.
Mix the apple with some lemon juice and stir into the rice mixture with the French (vinaigrette) dressing.
Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into a serving dish.
