Store Cupboard Salad

Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked
  Canned whole kernel corn 3 Tablespoon
  Unsalted peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Frankfurters 3 , cooked
  Dessert apple 1 , cored and chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vinaigrette dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place the rice in a bowl and add the corn and peanuts.
Slice the frankfurters and add to the bowl.
Mix the apple with some lemon juice and stir into the rice mixture with the French (vinaigrette) dressing.
Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into a serving dish.
