Make this quick and healthy chicken salad recipe with just 5 ingredients - Avocado, celery, onion, Greek yogurt and Chicken!
12 Ounce (One 12 oz Can or or 12 ounces chopped Chicken)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
Non fat greek yogurt
1⁄2 , chopped
1 Teaspoon (As needed)
Fresh lemon juice
1. In a bowl, mix canned chicken, celery, red onions, non fat Greek yogurt and avocado together.
2. Add paprika, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together to combine.
3. Pile a scoop onto a bed of lettuce for a salad or serve as a sandwich filler with some greens and whole grain bread or as a dip with crackers for an appetizer.
