Make this quick and healthy chicken salad recipe with just 5 ingredients - Avocado, celery, onion, Greek yogurt and Chicken!
Ingredients
  Canned chicken 12 Ounce (One 12 oz Can or or 12 ounces chopped Chicken)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
  Non fat greek yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Avocado 1⁄2 , chopped
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (As needed)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix canned chicken, celery, red onions, non fat Greek yogurt and avocado together.
2. Add paprika, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together to combine.

SERVING
3. Pile a scoop onto a bed of lettuce for a salad or serve as a sandwich filler with some greens and whole grain bread or as a dip with crackers for an appetizer.

Avocado and chicken...it's a deadly combination....this avocado chicken salad recipe seems to be very healthy and simple to prepare...i think yogurt in the salad is used as a binding agent...:))
