Doyle'S Lentil Salad

This flavorful and nutritious lentil salad made with red lentils. Combined together with red onions, peppers and vinegar with oil and garlic for flavor, this lentil salad is flavorful and makes a great side to a meal of rice.
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), chopped|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced red onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked lentils||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Red Variety)|
Combine oil and vinegar.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Pour over oil/vinegar mixture and combine.
