  Long grain and wild rice mix 6 Ounce (1 Package Of 6 Ounce)
  Cooked and cubed chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Russian salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Avocados 2

Advance preparation:
Cook rice mix according to package directions; cool.
Combine chicken, green pepper, and pimiento.
Stir in rice.
Mix mayonnaise, Russian dressing, juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; toss with rice mixture.
Refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Before serving:
Peel and slice avocados.
Spoon salad over slices.
Serves 4 to 6.
