Olive Salad For Olive Lovers
|Green olives||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Stuffed With Pimentos)|
|Black olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pitted|
|Marinated artichokes||4 Ounce (4 Ounce Jar)|
|Diced pimento||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped hot pickled peppers||1 Tablespoon|
|Pickled pepper juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Smash olives and chop them coarsely.
Chop artichokes and combine with olives.
Use juice of artichokes as well.
Add all remaining ingredients and combine well.
This can be done in food chopper, but do not puree completely; pulse on and off until semi pureed.
Taste; adjust, if needed.
