Olive Salad For Olive Lovers

Ingredients
  Green olives 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Stuffed With Pimentos)
  Black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pitted
  Marinated artichokes 4 Ounce (4 Ounce Jar)
  Diced pimento 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped hot pickled peppers 1 Tablespoon
  Pickled pepper juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Smash olives and chop them coarsely.
Chop artichokes and combine with olives.
Use juice of artichokes as well.
Add all remaining ingredients and combine well.
This can be done in food chopper, but do not puree completely; pulse on and off until semi pureed.
Taste; adjust, if needed.
