Ham Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Rice pilaf 10 Ounce, frozen (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked cubed ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), fully cooked
  Apple 1 Medium, chopped (1 Cup)
  Lettuce cups 1
Directions

Advance preparation:
Cook rice pilaf according to package directions; cool.
In mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, vinegar, and curry powder.
Add cooked rice pilaf, ham, and apple.
Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Before serving:
Spoon chilled salad mixture into lettuce cups.
Makes 4 servings.
