Ham Rice Salad
|Rice pilaf||10 Ounce, frozen (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked cubed ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), fully cooked|
|Apple||1 Medium, chopped (1 Cup)|
Cook rice pilaf according to package directions; cool.
In mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, vinegar, and curry powder.
Add cooked rice pilaf, ham, and apple.
Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Spoon chilled salad mixture into lettuce cups.
Makes 4 servings.
