#1074 Sunday Salad

Nothing special about this salad ... just cut up the vegetables that were in the fridge and put them in a bowl :)
Ingredients
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Daikon raddish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), strips
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2
  Chopped red pepper 1⁄2
  Wasabi 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING:
1)In a bowl combine the spinach, radish, lettuce, cabbage, chopped green and red pepper.
2)In another bowl combine the wasabi, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper and whisk well.

SERVING:
3)Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and top off with sesame seeds.
