Fruited Chicken Salad
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||8 Ounce, chilled|
|Canned pineapple tidbits||13 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Cooked cubed chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
Cut cranberry sauce into cubes; chill.
Beat together sour cream, cheese, and dash salt.
Fold in chicken, pineapple, celery, nuts, and green pepper.
Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Top chicken mixture with cranberry cubes.
Makes 4 or 5 servings.
