Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
  Torn lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Processed swiss cheese slice 1 , cut into strips
  Pepperoni slice 4 (1.5 Inch Diameter)
  Cooked roast beef slices 3 , cut into thin strips
  Thinly sliced fully cooked ham 1 , cut into strips
  Chopped sweet pickled peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients.
In screw top jar combine oil, vinegar, garlic salt, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper; shake well.
Pour over salad.
Sprinkle with Parmesan; toss.
Serves 1 or 2.
