|Dairy sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Julienned beets||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Kidney beans||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Peas||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)|
|Diced dill pickles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked crab meat||6 Ounce (About 1.25 Cups)|
|Scallions||3 , chopped|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , sliced|
|Carrot curls||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Garnish)|
|Radish roses||2 (To Garnish)|
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, except egg, carrots, and radishes; toss gently to mix.
Garnish with egg slices, carrot curls, and radish roses.
