Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Julienned beets 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Kidney beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Peas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Diced dill pickles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked crab meat 6 Ounce (About 1.25 Cups)
  Scallions 3 , chopped
  Hard cooked egg 1 , sliced
  Carrot curls 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Garnish)
  Radish roses 2 (To Garnish)
Directions

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, except egg, carrots, and radishes; toss gently to mix.
Garnish with egg slices, carrot curls, and radish roses.
