Wats Salad

A vegetable, fruit and nut mixed salad.
Ingredients
  Walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chop
  Avocado 1 , chop
  Tomato 2 , cut
  Pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the chopped avocado, tomato, pepper, walnuts, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix.
2. Add the spinach and mix.

SERVING
3. Plate and serve.
