  Diced tart apples 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
