Ingredients
  Diced potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped cooked shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced tart apples 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
