Fruit Salad Parfait

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 envelopes)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 package)
  Maraschino cherry juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Chopped apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Chopped cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water over hot water; cool.
Add salad dressing to cheese; blend.
Add juice, sugar and gelatin to cheese; mix well.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add fruits; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 11/2 quart ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold; surround with lettuce.
