Lemon Pineapple Salad
|Lemon gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz), small container|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Grated american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add marsh mallows; stir until dissolved.
Add pineapple; chill.
Garnish with sweetened, whipped cream and cheese.
