Confetti Spaghetti Salad
|Canned mixed vegetables||1 Pound|
|Elbow spaghetti||1⁄2 Pound|
|Hard cooked eggs||3|
|Garlic salt/Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Drain vegetables, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.
Drain spaghetti in colander; rinse with cold water.
Add remaining ingredients except vegetable liquid and mayonnaise.
Cream mayonnaise with liquid from mixed vegetables.
Pour over spaghetti mixture; toss thoroughly.
Chill; serve on lettuce leaf.
VARIATION: Add 1 6 l/2 ounce can tuna.
Substitute elbow macaroni for spaghetti.
