|Red cinnamon candies||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon gelatin||6 Ounce|
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook applesauce until thick.
Dissolve cinna mon candies in hot water; add gelatin and dissolve.
Pour one half of mixture into mold; chill until firm.
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir in celery and walnuts.
Spread over congealed gelatin; chill.
Pour remaining applesauce mixture over filling; chill until firm.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
