Apple Salad

Apple Salad is a neat preparation for the evening parties and is pretty easy to prepare too. This apple salad is made richer with the flavors of cinnamon candies, walnuts and cream cheese. Check out the recipe of apple salad.
  Thick unsweetened applesauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Red cinnamon candies 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon gelatin 6 Ounce
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Cook applesauce until thick.
Dissolve cinna mon candies in hot water; add gelatin and dissolve.
Add applesauce.
Pour one half of mixture into mold; chill until firm.
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir in celery and walnuts.
Spread over congealed gelatin; chill.
Pour remaining applesauce mixture over filling; chill until firm.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
