Molded Fish Salad
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Shrimp/Lobster / crab||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pimento||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red pepper||1 Dash|
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Cook; slowly add to mayonnaise.
Combine all remaining ingredients; add to mayonnaise mixture.
Pour into fish mold; chill.
May be served with lemon gelatin cut into cubes.
