Hot Tuna Salad
|Canned tuna||14 Ounce, drained and flaked|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Halved green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), seeded|
|Toasted almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Crushed toasted corn cereal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated american cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
Combine tuna, celery, grapes and almonds in bowl.
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, celery salt and salt.
Add to tuna mixture and toss lightly.
Turn into 8-inch square ovenproof dish.
Combine crushed cereal, grated cheese and butter.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
