Marinated Cucumber Salad
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Run tines of fork lengthwise down side of unpared cucumber.
Thinly slice cucumber and onion into glass bowl.
Mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt; pour on cucumber and onion slices.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
(Can be served immediately.)
