Four Cup Salad

Four cup salad is rich with the flavors of marshmallows, whipped cream and cottage cheese. Give this yummy four cup salad a try and you will happy that you did.
Ingredients
  Orange gelatin 6 Ounce
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Lime gelatin 6 Ounce
Directions

Dissolve orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; add marshmallows, stirring until par tially dissolved.
Stir in cottage cheese and mayonnaise; blend.
Cool; fold in whipped cream.
Dissolve lime gelatin in remaining water; pour one half into ring mold.
Chill until firm; add marshmallow mayonnaise mixture.
Chill until firm.
Add remaining lime gelatin; chill.
