Apple Fig Salad
|Dried figs/Fresh figs||6|
|Eating apples||2 , sliced|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Chopped walnuts||200 Gram|
|Grated unsweetened coconut||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Clear honey||4 Tablespoon|
|Yoghurt/Creme fraiche / toasted nut dream||125 Milliliter|
If using dried figs, soak them in cold water for 1 -2 hours, then drain.
Cut the fresh or dried figs into quarters.
Mix the fruit, chopped nuts, grated coconut, lemon juice and honey together.
Serve at once, topped with yoghurt, creme fraiche or toasted nut dream, if desired.
