Beet And Onion Salad

Ingredients
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced beets 1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)
  Pearl onions 5 , sliced
  Whole cloves 3
  Lettuce leaves 3
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 1 , chopped
Directions

Mix 3 parts salad oil and 1 part vinegar; toss beets and onions with oil vinegar mix ture.
Add cloves if desired; drain mixture.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with parsley and egg.
