Ingredients
  Torn lettuce 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Frozen english peas 10 Ounce, thawed
  Chopped celery 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Cherry tomatoes 1⁄2 Pound, halved
  Boiled ham slices 2 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Swiss cheese slice 2 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Onion salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tangy red dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except Tangy Red Dressing in a large bowl, reserving some of the mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, cheese, and eggs for garnish, toss gently.
Arrange reserved ingredients on top of salad.
Serve with Tangy Red Dressing.
