Gooseberry Salad

Ingredients
  Canned gooseberries 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon gelatin packet 2 Tablespoon (2 Boxes)
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain gooseberries, reserving liquid.
Add water to liquid to make 1 1/2 cups.
Heat liquid with sugar.
Remove from heat.
Dis solve gelatin in hot liquid.
Add orange juice.
Let stand until partially set.
Add celery, nuts and gooseberries.
Let set until con gealed.
