Hot Shrimp And Macaroni Salad
|Macaroni and cheese||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned shrimp||1 Can (10 oz), drained, rinsed|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped gherkins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
Cook macaroni, and cheese as directed on package.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
(To serve immediately, heat, stirring occasionally.) Cover and refrigerate.
About 15 minutes before serving, stir in 1/4 cup water.
Cover Hot Shrimp and Macaroni Salad tightly; heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot, about 12 minutes.
