Best Sauerkraut Salad

|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sauerkraut||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 large can)|
|Chopped onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced green peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Bring oil and vinegar to a boil.
Pour over remaining ingredients; refrigerate for 24 hours.
Toss occasionally to mix.
