Best Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sauerkraut 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 large can)
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced green peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Bring oil and vinegar to a boil.
Cool.
Pour over remaining ingredients; refrigerate for 24 hours.
Toss occasionally to mix.
