Frozen Cranberry Salad (Or Dessert)
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce (1.50 Packages)|
|Whole cranberry sauce||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||14 Ounce|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Small marshmallows||2 Ounce (1/3 Package)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cream cream cheese with sugar; add cranberries, pineapple, walnuts.
Mix together thoroughly.
Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows.
Pour into a large pyrex dish (9 x 13) or salad mold.
Freeze about 8 hours.
Let sit at room temperature a few minutes before serving.
