Carrot-Apple-Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
  Apples 2 Medium, cored and chopped
  Plain non-fat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Carrots 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Orange juice 4 Tablespoon
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh pineapple chunks/Juice-packed canned pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine apples, carrots, green pepper, and pineapple.
2. Combine yogurt, orange juice, and cinnamon.
3. Toss dressing with fruit.
4. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
