|Apples||2 Medium, cored and chopped|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Carrots||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Orange juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, seeded and chopped|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fresh pineapple chunks/Juice-packed canned pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine apples, carrots, green pepper, and pineapple.
2. Combine yogurt, orange juice, and cinnamon.
3. Toss dressing with fruit.
4. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
