Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 1 Pound (Raw And Crisp)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 , grated
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 7 Tablespoon
  Tomato wedges 5
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , quartered
Directions

Wash spinach.
Drain.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Blend salt, garlic, onion, lemon juice and oil together.
Pour over spinach.
Toss until well mixed.
Garnish with tomatoes and eggs.
