Ingredients
  Sweetbreads 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, cold, diced
  Veal/Ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, cold, diced
  Peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked, cold
  Celery and tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Mung bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet red pepper 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine and toss all ingredients.
Moisten with favorite dressing.
Serve on bed of crisp greens.
