Vegetable Gelatin Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 14 Gram (2 Packs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Beat or cut toma toes until shredded.
Add to gelatin.
Stir in peas and carrots.
Chill until firm.
Combine cream and mayonnaise.
Serve with salad.
NOTE: Diced cucumbers and celery may be substituted for peas and carrots.
