Tomato Pinwheel Salad

Tomato Pinwheel Salad is another lovely pick in my list of salads. Tomato played the lead and the flavor is supported by mayonnaise and grated cheese. You can use paprika instead of cheese too. Check out the recipe of Tomato Pinwheel Salad.
Ingredients
  Lettuce leaves 3
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Cucumber 1 , peeled, scored and sliced
  Hard cooked eggs 1 , sliced
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese/Paprika To Taste
Directions

Line salad plate with lettuce leaves.
Remove core from tomato.
Slice into six or eight wedges, but do not cut through to bottom of tomato.
Place cucumber slices between tomato wedges to give pinwheel effect.
Place cucumber and egg slices around the tomato.
Fill tomato with mayonnaise.
Garnish with cheese or paprika.
