Fresh & Tasty Cranberry Salad
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cherry gelatin||14 Gram|
|Boiling water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Grind cranberries, apples and celery; add sugar.
Let stand overnight.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until partially set.
Fold in cranberry mixture, pineapple and nuts.
Pour into mold; chill until firm
