Cottage Cheese-Pecan Ball Salad

Ingredients
  Gelatin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Roquefort cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pecan halves 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
Directions

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve it by placing it over hot water.
Let cool.
Combine cottage cheese, salt, paprika, cream and Roquefort cheese; beat until smooth.
Add cooled gelatin mixture.
Pour into round molds or custard cups; chill until almost set.
Remove and roll into more perfect balls; stud with pecans
