Fruit Peanut Salad

  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Creamy peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cantaloupes 2 Medium
  Orange 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), halved
  Apple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), unpeeled and cubed
  Pineapple chunks 1 7⁄25 Pound, drained (1 Pound 4.5 Ounces Can)
  Banana 1 Large, sliced
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Lettuce 1
  Maraschino cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Blend together honey and peanut butter.
Gradually stir in yogurt.
Mix until well blended; chill.
Peel melons.
Cut each into 3 crosswise slices with jagged edges.
Remove seeds; chill.
Combine orange sections apple, pineapple, banana and peanuts in a large bowl.
Toss gently with half the prepared dressing mixture just until fruit is coated.
Place melon slices in center of luncheon plates; surround with shredded lettuce.
Fill center of each melon slice with 1 cup fruit mixture.
Serve garnished with cherries.
Serve remaining honey-peanut butter mixture separately.
