Tuna Crunch Salad
|Canned tuna||17 Ounce, drained (17 Ounce Can)|
|Chopped sweet pickles||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Crushed potato chips||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Combine tuna, pickles, onion, lemon juice and salad dressing.
Cover; chill until ready to serve.
Add cabbage; toss.
Add 1 cup potato chips; toss lightly.
Heap into shallow lettuce lined bowl; sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
