Frozen Raspberry Salad
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raspberry gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen raspberries||10 Ounce (1 Package, Thawed)|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened (2 Package)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned whole cranberry sauce||16 Ounce|
Pour boiling water on gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in raspberries (with syrup).
Mix remaining ingredients; stir into gelatin mixture.
(Salad will be slightly lumpy.) Pour mixture into baking pan, 8x8x2 or 9X9X2 inches.
Cover, label and freeze.
Freeze at least 24 hours.
20 minutes before serving, remove Frozen Raspberry Salad from freezer.
Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
Cut salad into serving pieces.
