Christmas Salad

Don’t plan your Christmas menu without this colorful Christmas Salad. This is a yummy treat of fruits and packs in everything needed for a delicious treat. Check out the recipe of the Christmas Salad.
  Crushed pineapple 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lemon gelatin 1 1⁄2 Ounce (0.5 Package)
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped marshmallows 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Cherry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
Prepare lime gelatin according to package directions; chill until thickened.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in hot water in double boiler.
Add marshmallows; heat until melted.
Re move from heat; add pineapple juice and cream cheese.
Beat with mixer until well blended.
Stir in pineapple; cool.
Fold in mayonnaise and whipped cream.
Chill until thickened; pour over lime gelatin.
Chill until almost set.
Prepare cherry gelatin accord ing to package directions; chill until thick ened.
Pour over pineapple layer.
Chill until firm.
Serve on crisp lettuce.
