  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Seedless red grapes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Mix together turnips and red grapes.
2. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, orange juice, and cayenne pepper.
3. Combine turnips, grapes, and dressing.
