Pineapple Pimento Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pimento cheese spread 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz)
  Dessert topping mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve lemon gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Cool until syrupy; beat in pimento cheese spread and pineapple.
Let congeal to syrupy stage; fold in prepared dessert topping mix.
Refrigerate until completely set.
