Curried Shrimp And Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
  Shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Hard cooked egg yolks 2
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Diced pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Chill shrimp.
Mash egg yolks.
Add curry powder; blend in a small amount of oil at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vinegar; continue beating until well blended.
Combine shrimp, pineapple and dressing.
Toss lightly to mix Chill.
Mix well; serve in lettuce cups, sea shells or on salad plates.
