Shell Macaroni And Shrimp Salad

Shell macaroni and shrimp salad is prepared with cooked macaroni and canned shrimp. The shell macaroni and shrimp salad can be prepared with any other meat of choice too. Tossed with green onions, green pepper, celery, minced onions, mayo and pickle relish, the shell macaroni and shrimp salad is best garmished with cooked and chopped eggs and pimientos.
|Macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shrimp/Chicken / other meat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook macaroni as directed.
Blend mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.
Combine with remaining ingredients and macaroni.
Toss until nicely coated with dressing.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Garnish with hard-cooked egg, pimento and paprika.
