Cold Salad

This cold salad recipe salad is an easy and ready to served recipe that can be prepared with chicken aor tuna or even seafood. Mixed with whipped cream, chopped onions, peas, carrots, celery and dressed with salad dressing, the cold salad is served with added shoestring potatoes.
Ingredients
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned chicken/Tuna / shrimp / crab meat 5 Ounce
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and cooled (1 Whole Box)
  Shoestring potatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Mix first three ingredients.
Two hours before serving, add cream, onion, salad dressing and peas.
Just before serving add shoestring potatoes.
