Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
  Asparagus 3 Pound, trimmed, steamed and chilled for 1 hour
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped watercress 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Arrange chilled asparagus on a serving platter.
2. Combine watercress, mayonnaise, skim milk, and lemon juice.
3. Spoon dressing over asparagus.
