Ingredients
  Orange gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed pineapple can 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Mandarin oranges 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve 1 package of gelatin according to package directions.
Chill until partially set.
Add pineapple.
Spread mixture in 1 1/2 quart dish.
Chill until firm.
Dissolve re maining gelatin according to package di rections.
Chill until partially set.
Add oranges.
Spread sour cream over firm gela tin; sprinkle with coconut.
Spread orange mixture over sour cream.
Chill until firm.
